Steve DiSorbo and Claudia St. John Complete CHPS Training

Mosaic Associates congratulates Architect Steve DiSorbo and Project Manager Claudia St. John on recently completing their New York State Collaborative for High Performance Schools (NYS CHPS) Online Training Courses. This brings to 16 the total number of Mosaic CHPS trained staff.
High performance schools use a whole building, integrated design strategy where each of the building elements (windows, walls, building materials, HVAC, landscaping, etc.) is considered part of an integrated system of interacting components. Choices in one area often affect other building systems. The integrated, “whole building” approach to design is the cornerstone of any high performance building. For this reason, it is recommended that A/E professionals complete the full 25-course curriculum. Congratulations Steve and Claudia on this achievement!
