Mosaic Associates is pleased to announce that Architectural Designer Callie Gaspary, Architectural Designer Matt Gaspary and Senior Project Manager Kersten Lorcher are the latest staff to successfully complete all of the Online Training Courses provided by the New York State Collaborative for High Performance Schools (NYS CHPS), bringing the total number of NYS CHPS staff to fourteen.

Developed by the New York State Energy Research Development Authority, the NYS CHPS Online Training Courses are offered to design and engineering professionals specializing in sustainable design for K-12 schools. The training consists of 25 individual courses ranging in topics from Design Criteria to Building Commissioning, and teach high performance school design as an integration of daylighting, indoor air quality, and energy efficiency to build schools that run efficiently, save money, protect natural resources, and provide superior visual, acoustical, and thermal comfort.
