Mosaic was hired by a top Fortune 500 company to evaluate available office space, assist in site selection, and then design a corporate headquarters for a newly formed elite business group.  The project team members were typically traveling world wide, therefore most communications were limited to e-mail, conference calls and electronic file sharing.

The finished office space features large executive offices which maximize daylight through semi-transparent walls. All offices have one exterior window wall, facing southeast or south, and are clustered around the core support services.  A textured glass wall separates each office from the central area, so daylight filters into the center of the suite.  Each space features individual HVAC controls for comfort, and conference rooms with advanced audio-visual technology enable executives to conference all over the world.

Office finishes and details are simple but elegant, and include granite countertops, cherry furniture, maple accents, extra heavy-weight carpet tile, and leather and upholstered furniture.  Original paintings and sculptures by local artists and a natural, neutral color palette contribute to a modern yet comfortable office suite.
