Jackie Baum
Jackie Baum, AIA, an Associate with Mosaic Associates, has been a valued member of the team since joining the firm in 2019. Her clients include the State University Construction Fund, Skidmore College, and the Saratoga Springs City School District.
Before joining Mosaic, Jackie worked for Lamoureux Pagano Associates and Dixon Salo Architects, both in Worcester, Mass.
Upon joining the firm, Jackie quickly distinguished herself as a strong communicator and effective project leader. Her thoughtful, organized approach and ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions have contributed to repeat commissions and expanded work with several institutional clients.
Jackie is active professionally and in the community. She is the recipient of an Electronic Publication Award and a Certificate of Appreciation from the Northeast Region of the Construction Specifications Institute and has presented at the organization’s annual conference on the topic “Benefits and Liabilities of Social Media.”
She is a graduate of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Institute, where she was selected by her classmates to serve as a class representative.
Jackie serves on the board of the Capital Region Chapter of the ACE Mentor Program of America, where she is program and curriculum chair. She is also a team leader and mentor. In the community, Jackie also volunteers with CAPTAIN Community Human Services and supports the Love is Served program at the Ronald McDonald House in Albany. Within the firm, she serves as co-captain of Mosaic’s CANstruction team.
Jackie earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a licensed architect in New York and a LEED Green Associate. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Construction Specifications Institute, and Toastmasters.
Jackie resides in Clifton Park, New York, with her husband, Zach. When they’re not traveling, they enjoy spending time at home with their beloved pets—dogs Zoey and Luna, and cats Hugo and Bibi.
