Mosaic chosen for architectural services by Voorheesville Central School District

(East Greenbush, NY – April 9, 2013) Last night, Mosaic Associates Architects was selected to continue providing design and architectural services for the Voorheesville Central School District in anticipation of a fall 2013 Capital Project Referendum.  Mosaic has served the Voorheesville CSD as District Architect since 2006 and was delighted to retain the District as a vital, long term client.

Associate Gene Browning, AIA commented “I’ve served as Project Manager of design projects for Voorheesville for nearly 7 years.  Through all of my interactions with the administrators, staff, facilities committee and board of education I have had a deep respect for the tremendous care that they provide for their students, facilities and community.  We look forward to serving as Voorheesville’s Architect as they continue to plan for the future of the District.”

The procurement process was competitive as Mosaic was one of many architectural design firms throughout the State to propose.  Mosaic’s team included Engineered Solutions, Chazen Companies, and Ryan Biggs Associates.

Mosaic will assist the District with pre-referendum planning and post referendum design and construction pending the community’s approval of a vote.  The scope of services for this year’s referendum will address the District’s 2010 Building Condition Survey needs including building upgrades, life safety/security upgrades and site and athletic improvements to name a few.
