Steven Lovelett
Steve Lovelett, AIA, Associate, has been a valued member of Mosaic Associates Architects since 2009, joining the firm while completing his architectural studies. He has dedicated his career to the design and construction of learning environments and is known for his thoughtful, collaborative approach and strong attention to detail. His clients include the Peekskill City School District, Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District, and Schalmont Central School District, where he supports projects from design through construction.
In addition to his project work, Lovelett manages the firm’s IT systems, helping support the technology and infrastructure that enable efficient project delivery and collaboration across the practice. He is a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP), reflecting his commitment to healthy, high-performing learning environments.
Active in the profession and community, Lovelett serves on the board of the New York Chapter of the Association for Learning Environments and on the awards committee of the Eastern New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. He also participates in the ACE Mentor Program, supporting students interested in careers in architecture, construction, and engineering. He is a graduate of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Institute, Class of 2021.
Lovelett earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University’s School of Architecture and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He resides in Troy, New York.
